The Stone Fireplace Co Ltd is a Yorkshire-based workshop in Sutton-on-the-Forest, York, specialising in individually designed, hand-crafted stone fire surrounds. The team includes apprentice-trained stonemasons producing bespoke carved surrounds to customer specifications, as well as supplying stone flooring and architectural stonemasonry. Work is undertaken for private homes and building projects, with stone including locally quarried sandstone and limestone.
