The Collector Antiques is a family-run restoration business in Barnard Castle, established in 1971, working for insurance companies, galleries, collectors and private owners. It restores oil paintings by relining, consolidating flaking paint, cleaning, retouching and repairing tears, and treats smoke, water and mould damage with documentation of the treatment carried out.
