Spencer Phillips is a horologist who has run a watch and clock repair business in Retford, Nottinghamshire, for more than 30 years. He trained in London, gaining the British Horological Institute's Final Grade with Merit, and then at WOSTEP in Neuchatel, Switzerland. His fully equipped workshop has machinery, tools and parts built up over that time, and he gives free estimates.
